Our principle from philosophy or spiritual, that in the life of human basically contains 3 natures of lives, those are external life which the clear concern mechanism controlled by five sense, second nature is psychological nature which controlled by thought, wishes, and feeling, and the third nature is spiritual nature which the mechanism controlled by heart.
Mankind always or will always try to make their lives of 3 natures in good balance and good acordance.
The tensions which happened inside human caused unreached of balance, bad accordance with 3 natures, and other effect outside of man. Everyday the factors inside of human’s personal are dominating in human existence to the environment arounds.
We saw, heard or read in newspaper, there was someone tried to got suicide, someone became mad, and many persons got frustration in their lives and many people as external, their lives rich, sufficient, but I fact their lives are so suffering, etc. if these things we catched with accurate, the truth caused there is unbalance in the 3 natures.
To face and cope situation like this, there are already many ways traced by human to look for and return the point of balance, one of among many ways is meditation. With meditation people try to return or find back the point of balance. With meditation people also can try to slack and losing tensiones of life, and try to expand spiritual potency of human’s beyond.
Is there a resources of human with meditation will succeed? All depend to the element of human. So that, which become focus in mediation is from the element of human and the way to do it.
